Problem - blocking TNT, igniter, fire, lava, creepers ...

Hello,
I have FTB Bukkit server and 2 problems :

1. I can't block TNT, igniter, fire, lava, creepers and PVP on normal map , in nether and in Twilight Forest.
2. Players without permission to the cuboid can destroy blocks (on this cuboid).

Help! :/

You need to give more information if you want any help as that is so vague there is no real advice I can give. Such as how you have bukkit compatibility, what plugins, etc.

BukkitForge-1.4.7-257 in coremods folder. Plugins- PermissionsEX, WorldEdit, WorldGuard (can't block TNT ,igniter and other ....), AuthME, Essentials (normal, chat and spawn) and single plugins to blocking TNT, Creepers, Lava and Fire :/

FTB Version - Ultimate 1.1.2 + 1 mod

I would suggest switching over to MCPC and see if it works there. Bukkitforge was my bain of bukkit programming for a few weeks.
