Open probably ID of almost every machine changed

Summary of the problem

What is the bug? Hi, i got big big problem, after my client crashed when i open my "Guide" in inventory, almost every machine changed thier (probably) id. I had done my 4x ore processing and quarry. Quarry is still working but it dont have that quarry block but redstone receiver with is soo strange ... ender chest changed to blaze hopper, cables form refined storage changed to Disc Drives and more. I dont know what can i do right now. I did reinstall modpack but it didnt worked.

Is it repeatable? yeah, i did soo much in this save and i dont want to lose all of my progress

+1 also happened on my server, didnt notice for several days and now i can't go back as other players have been making progress

The bug only happened after a server (or client) crash?

Edit: It is possible that the server doesn't save the map correctly when it is closing.
