Not sure, but it sounds like using a client like MultiMC would be more what you need. Unless you are going to have more than just you play it.
 
Tedyhere, The thing is I am actually using MultiMC to make my modpack,
but lets say that I dont want my modpack to be availible anymore, can I then still delete it?
 
I would ask in the Third Party Pack Section where someone who knows can answer. Ask in the Modpack Creation thread.
