Summary of the problem Prismarine duplication possible

What is the bug? By using a Chisel to turn Prismarine (4 Prismarine Shard cost) into Prismarine Bricks (9 Prismarine Shard cost) and using a Factorizer set to split to turn Prismarine Bricks into Prismarine Shards, 4 Prismarine Shards can be turned into 9, allowing for infinite duplication.

Is it repeatable? Obtain Prismarine Shards and craft 4 into a Prismarine block. Use any chisel to turn this into a Prismarine Bricks block. Put this into a Factorizer set to split to obtain 9 Prismarine Shards.
