Hello everyone

So I recently created a pack mods customs in 1.6.4 and I would like to Power Management (Wholesale energy management).

On my old modpack in 1.4.7 I used "Advanced Power Management".

Here are the mods: http://forum.industrial-craft.net/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=7900

But mods does not exist in 1.6.4, but in 1.6.2, and the concern is that the server takes full account, but when I put a block of the mods, the server crach instantly.

And wanted to know if there is an alternative or not, and if not, and you can do it with the "turtles", a very simple program.

Example: for a mfe less than 10% load and send a redstone signal above 80% no longer send redstone signal.

If such a program exists is that the turtle can analyze all types of storage batteries (IC2, gregtech, thermal expansion).

thank you all.

EnderIO has a power monitor that implements the kind of trigger with hysteresis you're describing.

Regarding turtles, with OpenPeripheral you should be able to interface with most mods' energy storage blocks.
