Possible Yogcraft/FTB issue

Hi,

I have been playing Yogcraft on FTB recently and last week one of my files got straight up wiped and I couldn't remove any games I had created. Now, I thought this was a problem with my pc or something and stupidly hoped that it wouldn't happen again. I spent almost a week on my new Yogcraft profile and was doing well. Yesterday it completey wiped itself again. This only seems to happen after a big update. I have also checked where the saved files should be in %appdata% and nothing is there.

Has anyone else stumbled across this problem?

Ofcourse I would usually back up my saves but this time I didn't, everyone makes mistakes. I was more wondering about wether it was a fault on my end or the launchers end. I also wanted to know if there was a way of fixing the problem from my side without having to copy my save files after every minecraft session.

Disappearing saves can be a random occurrence with any update, so it could have been fault on either end.

So the only solution you could suggest is backing up my save after I finish playing?
