Thank you all for the support, i just didn't realize how large of a task it could be especially for someone as inexperienced as me. honestly i would take the class if the teacher wasn't my current math teacher, (that witch). I will start small and i will try as hard as i can. and who knows, maybe there will be a cool new mod on the forum.

There are lots of great mods that are really small and simple. Some even make it into mod packs. Morpheus is a small mod in DW20 pack and all it does it make it so the day resets when a certain percent of players sleep in a multiplayer environment.

Complexity will come in time. Build your coding skills with fun little things here and there. Each mod stretching you in a different direction. Maybe start with stuff that doesnt need any rendering/modeling work. Maybe do a texture pack sometime to get the feel of what that's like too. Key is do it for fun and interest sake, not for everyone else. That can come later.
