Problem Portal Gun Whitelist Working?

Hey guys i have a question, anyone know if the portal gun whitelist is working? i have set
# Boolean:
# Block grabbing whitelist enabled?
I:grabBlockWhitelist=1

So grab block whitelist is now 'yes' but when in game i can still pick up blocks with it, i have tried to restart the server but still no luck.

Im trying to turn it on so people cant pick up any blocks with the portal gun due to griefing but would still like it on my server for the portals.

Any idea how to get it to work?
 
I'm having the same problem. By default the list is a blacklist, by enabling the whilelist option it inverts the id's listed to blocks that CAN be lifted. However, the items I have listed cant be picked up.
