Portal Gun Mod crashes FTB

Whenever I, or someone else, uses something from the Portal Gun Mod, Feed The Beast crashes. It used to be fine and they all worked, but now I can't use Portal Guns, aerial faith plates, sentry turrets, etc because they freeze the game.

I changed my small 12 slot server to FTB Ultimate last night and have the same issue as well if anyone tries to use any of the portal mod items. The players inventory has to be wiped in order to be able to log back into the server. Haven't currently got the terminal output for you though, sorry.
