Problem [Portal Gun Mod 7.1.0 MC 1.12.2] Portal Gun works on SP but not in MP

Hi,
i finally have a Portal Gun on my Survival-MC Server but the Portal gun doesn't work. It doesn't show me the things arount the crossair and i can't grab blocks. I can't make any Portals.
Im Running a FTB Ultimate Reloaded 1.12.2 Server.

Please Help me.
