I was messing around in the PortalGun_world.cfg and nothing I changed did anything for my world. Is the config just broken or is there something else I need to do to make the changes take place?

I set all of the variables for moon portals to 0 and could still make them, they still grabbed blocks and players, and they still had their default range. Then I tried setting the range I could set portals at to a lower number (all the way down to 10 when it didn't look like it was working) but I could still shoot portals further than I could see at render distance normal.
