Title Port Issues

Details of the issue There are no errors with my whole launching of the server. The only problem I am having is that I can't run my modded server on any port other than port: 255565. I am currently running another minecraft server on port: 25565. I want to run my normal minecraft server along side my modded minecraft server. Currently I am trying to run the modded server on port: 25566 /or 25580.

I've tried to use both of them. I have no idea where the other log file might be, sorry.

How do you run the server? Can you pastebin all content from command prompt?
