When you joined everyone was in kanto. After 1 person finishes kanto. They can go to any region. Thats why new players can choose in whice region they want to start.

You can get an Eevee in Bill's familie's house.
Which is in the gen 1 city with the gen 1 electric gym, with the gym leader Lt. Surge.

Yes, but only after I've bought a few potions.
At least 5 or 10, or however many I can buy if I can't afford 5.

Well. Im sorry to say. But in pokemonshowdown (the site we use for battling) you can't use potions. So you can get them.. Just not use them...

I don't think I'll be able to do it today, so I'll just move on and come back when I have Fly.

Dance to Route 24.
Dance to Cerulean City.
Dance to Route 5.

Edit: Yep, I was right. :D
I'll just get one there, since I was gonna avoid leveling it until I got to Celadon anyways.
