Actually, I have no idea how much I leveled. The time between the start and end of my training is 23 days. According to your math formula, this is 57 levels. Even if magnemite had been caught at level 1, there would still be an overspill of 12 levels after magneton hit max. Assuming magnemite was caught at the standard level 10-15, this would be closer to 22-27.

Not that I'm complaining, but the loss of 25-ish levels is a big deal when I'm already at a huge type-disadvantage for this gym.
