I think im gona do it like this:

(1+D)*(D/2)
This will make it if you train for <=3 days you will gain less exp. But if you train longer then 3 days you will get more exp.

1 days = 0.5 levels
2 = 1.5
3 = 3
4 = 5
5 = 7.5
6 = 10.5
7 = 14
8 = 18
9 = 22.5
10 = 27.5
11 = 27.5 + 0.5 (It starts over)

You will get X amount of levels for X days in the form of the above tabel.
At 11 you get the bonus of day 10 + bonus of day 1
12 = 10 + 2
etc.
