you are at the pink box
you need to go back to the gray box
Follow the Red arrow to the Rock tunnel (Yellow circel)
Whice will come out in Lavaridge town (Purple Arrow)
Follow the blue arrow (route 8) to the underground pass (From east - west)
Were you enter Celadon City. The next Gym (Black Border)

You could also use a teleport to Celadon City. To the tournament you need to take place in.
You can catch alot of things. If you could be more specific whice route you want i tell you
