Problem Plugins on Direwolf20 servers?

Hey, I keep seeing servers with plugins and I was looking at how to add these to my own personal server. I saw that I had to get bukkitforge but that's all I saw. I didn't see any other instruction so I was wondering what I had to do to get plugins on my server. If there's any other way to get plugins, please let me know!

ps I'm trying to get something like LWC and WorldBorder

When you start up the server with forgebukkit installed, it should generate a plugins folder. You just download a plugin and place it within said folder. I prefer MCPC+ personally because it is far more compatible with bukkit plugins than forgebukkit is.

If it doesn't generate the folder, just make your own in the main server directory.
