Is there a plugin that works for the Mindcrack pack that will not only restart the server at a time I desire daily but also one that will display a custom message when the server world backups?

Not sure if there are any plugins yet, i do know there are serversoftware packages who do that / can do that. I myself use MCMA (MCMyAdmin) for that
