I have an old single player world and I wanted to add FTB Unleashed to it. Is that possible? If so, how do you do it??

I guess I'm not understanding what you're trying to do.
Is this a vanilla 1.5.2 world you're using?
You can't just add a mod pack to an existing world without some issues.
