Please HELP

I tried to download FTB recently and it keeps on giving me an error message on the forge installation
I've tried to fix it, but nothing I try works, here is the pastebin:

Check your av/firewall. Looks like one of the is blocking the connection

Thanks, I've recently changed my antivirus, so I'm going to change it back and then re-install

I do hope that fixes it, but if that does not help you can download the files manually. Download any file that starts out in your log with 'There was a problem downloading the file xxx' The link (url) is just above that text. Then put the files into C:\Users\Richard\Desktop\FTB\Direwolf20\minecraft\lib
