Windows .exe Please help new modpacks do not load

Ftb launcher:Version 1.3.5
Completed troubleshooting:Yes

Description:
I cannot load any modpacks newer than Unleashed and Unhinged
Older modpacks such as Mindcrack and Yogcraft etc. does load
I have allocated 3GB ram and I have reinstalled java and ftb
Please help
