Please help me i am so lost

I have played feed the beast before like a year ago and just had to buy a new mincraft acc so i bought it and then downloaded feed the beast now i get to the launcher and all the java stuff confuses me i get to were i can play and i have like 1-10 fps granted played this on either the same LT as i have now or a crappyer one(cant remeber) and it ran like 30-40 i really want to play this and am real upset that it wont work please help.

First off, I have no idea what LT stands for

Secondly, what pack were you running then and what pack are you running now?

Thirdly, what are your computer's specs?

Finally, how much RAM did you allocate in the launcher and what Java version is it using?

Lt was meant to mean laptop i have a 2.8ghz processor and 4gb ram but a intel graphics card i allocated 2 cuase i was told to half it i cant remember the pack i was running back then it was a year ago im using java 7 64bit thanks for the reply

But WHAT processor? Celeron, pentium, etc. Should tell you in My Computer.

Pentium i think ill have to check when i return home but pentium is what i think it is
