Welcome. We need a log, either an error log or preferably a console log. To get the console to reappear ensure that 'Show Console?' and 'Reopen launcher after exiting minecraft?' is checked in the Options tab. Close and reopen the launcher and try to run one of the 1.6.4 packs again. If it reopens press the 'Paste my log to pastebin.com' button. This will add a link at the bottom of the console. That is where your log is saved, post that link here. If it does not reopen or copy please copy it over manually or find the error log in the minecraft folder of the 1.6.4 pack and copy that to pastebin.com manually and provide us the link that it gives.
Minecraft is running out of memory. According to the log you have 32bit windows 8, but I suspect you might have 64bit. If you do uninstall all versions of Java and restart your computer. Then install only the 64bit 7u51. This will allow you to allocate more than 1.5GB in the launcher. Try between 2-5GB. You might also want to use these arguments for even better performance. If you do have 32bit windows 8 then look here for more info about 32bit and its limitations.
Just an FYI. We prefer pastebin.com as I pointed out. Then there is no need for downloading files or walls of text.

Thanks.That's a bummer. Until you upgrade to 64bit Java you are stuck with FTB Lite2. You might be able to run Magic Farm 2 or Horizons as ThatOneSlowking has reported being able to run them on 32bit Java. Your performance may vary as Lite2 is the only 1.6.4 pack that is built for 32bit Java. Again see the link for more info.
