please add stuff for plugins

please before the next update, please come out with the plugins folder, i would like to start adding in plugins for my server(BETTERTECH), i would like to continue to use this, but need the plugins to add prefixes and chestshop, would love to keep this as my main servers modpack

ForgeBukkit is (I believe) the only way for plugins. Which is why we can only have vanilla type servers.
Forgebukkit is mostly a dead idea for now, so, still no plugins.
