Players unable to access containers and crafting table

We have a Direwolf20 5.0.1 server, and non oped players cannot access any containers or crafting tables that I place down near the spawn point. Any idea how to control that and what MOD is handling that?

Never mind I answered my own questions I set the spawn protection area to large.
