Players losing connection all at the same time, also enable flying?

I increased the ram and that seems to have soled the kicking everyone

The VM has two VCPUs,
At present, it is sitting at
Consumed host CPU 333 MHz
Consumed host memory 2gig
active guest memory 600 MB

At random times, every single user connected to the server will be disconnected all messages in the log file say the same thing

Everyone is able to log back on again straight away, this includes myself on the local network of the server.

Also the other error a user got today after attempting to fly was
lost connection: TextComponent{text='Flying is not enabled on this server', siblings=[], style=Style{hasParent=false, color=null, bold=null, italic=null, underlined=null, obfuscated=null, clickEvent=null, hoverEvent=null}}

So would like to know how to fix both if possible please.

For the flying edit the server.properties file. There is an option in it to enable/disable flying. As for the kick error how much RAM are you allocating to java for the server and how much physical RAM do you have?

Yeam ram increase seems to have solved the issue of everyone getting booted, increase for 2 to 4 gig, will keep an eye on it.
