Summary of the problem Players crash when changing particle inside the particle block

What is the bug? On a server, player1 uses a diamond to change the particle block to sparkly particles, player2 (Stands right next to the block) will then crash.

Is it repeatable? Yes! Have a friend or someone right click a particle block with a diamond while you are close!
