player skin wont show up in ultimate

Title player skin wont show up in ultimate

Details of the issue i downloaded a new skin and it works in vanilla but it wont show up in FTB, i know it works in ultimate becuase dertebbers used the skin in ultimate, yes i chose the classic skin and not the skinny one, i tried going to Mojang but the useless folls just brushed me aside, any help would be appreciated!
