Hi, ik would like to add a mod that saves the players interactions. But i can not find one. Please help...

https://github.com/KaiKikuchi/GriefPreventionPlus may do what you want, but you'll need to be running Thermos, or some fork of Cauldron to use it, maybe Sponge?

I do not work with bukkit or sponge.
FTB Forge is what i use.

If you use Minecraft 1.7.10, Forgeessentials has a module that logs player actions and allows rollbacks. If you use Minecraft 1.10 you need Sponge and a plugin for it.
