Problem Player Duping, can't find out how, screenshots [Infinty]

A player was duping on my server recently (10 minutes ago as of this post), found out after tping to him while vanished and saw that he had 2.1k diamonds, 4.2k emeralds, and 4.4k steel after 11 hours (also this is expert mode, keep that in mind.) He also had 20k of things like iron/gold/tin/copper etc.

I had a player cheating a while back as well... Banned him, have not had an issue since.
