Title Player disconnected without joining

Details of the issue Im running the dedicated server on my PC
8 GB RAM
i7-4790K
64 Windows 10
Geforce GTX 1060
we are playing over Hamachi Network
I can join via Hamachi and LAN (my brother PC) the server
Some of my friends can join via Hamachi.(lexirion in log file)
One friend just sometimes has the issue that he cant join and you just can read the message "player disconnected".
an other friend has this issue most of the time(LordMagadam in log file).
How can i fix this issue?
