Summary of the problem player and mobs moving uncontrollably

What is the bug? every time i log on, mobs and my player start moving uncontrollably, i can move my character and do things but when i enter in 3rd person, you can see my player spazzing out

Is it repeatable? the glitch repeats by itself, i dont know how, it happens to every mob, it happens every time i log in
