Problem Planting the Menril Sapling

Planted the Menril Sapling, didnt get a single sapling in return.

What do i do now? Playing on the newest version on SP as of the 3.0 version. No way to do the quest again with the new quest system?

a solution might be to give 2 or more saplings. i tried planting another sapling, and the droprates was better. but had to open to lan etc to get a test sapling. i want to do things without using Cheatmode

Please post the issues here https://github.com/FTBTeam/FTB-Pyramid-Reborn-3.0/issues I will ask someone to change it on the forms so people know. And to answer that we know of this issue have losing items and we have a plan to fix it.
