Planning a Skygrid Modpack - NEED HELP

I've recently been watching some of the old Skygrid videos on YouTube, and thought to myself, What if I could do this, even with a hundred bajillion mods? That was the time I just took to these forums and started typing this sentence.

But I need help doing:

• Compiling a mod list
• Hardcore Questing
• Skygrid World Generation w/ Mod Ores and Materials
• Modtweaker/Minetweaker
• Replace "default" generation type with Skygrid.

I think this is a really original idea, but I can't do it alone. I need help executing it well. If you are willing to help, just leave a comment stating that you do!
