I have always liked the experimental nature of Adventure mode. So few mods properly work with it (and even some vanilla doesn't work properly) and, as a result, you get a lot of interesting challenges that you don't have in normal survival mode.
So, for my own amusement, as well as exploring a mode that most people never play in, I have made my latest Minecraft Let's Play series on myself playing Feed the Beast, MindCrack version on Hard difficulty while locked into Adventure Mode. (Locked as in I cannot change modes, cheats are disabled. Yes, it IS possible to start a game in Adventure mode and do it legit.)
Needless to say, the hardest part is getting to the point you can even make tools, or search to find tools before you starve to death, because you can break so little with your bare fists in Adventure Mode. Each episode is roughly 1 Minecraft day (or 20 minutes), or as close as I can get since I don't always pay attention to when the sun comes up.
I have a playlist where I put all these videos. I also tend to ramble a bit while playing so it's not just pure gameplay video. I record in 1080p, so it's HD!
