Personal server crash on start

Hi.

since this morning my server is crashing on start. It's probably my fault.
I may have forgotten to close the server last night before closing my pc.
When I shutted down my pc, I saw the black screen window come up where
all the server and launcher echo are printed. That's why I guess it's my fault.

I run the server on my pc which run on Window 8. I have 10 GB RAM. AMD Octocore.
Edit: forgot to mention that I use the DW20 v4 server pack

What do I need to do to restart it ?

Next time please upload the log to pastebin, safer then we have to download it
