Personal Packs

After seeing the addition of Private Packs, I did a little reading, and found that they are mainly for server owners who wish to distribute their servers mod pack among the members of the server. Is there a way to create a Personal Pack? By this I mean create a new pack, that you will be using for Personal use (not for a server) I know I could edit another pack and remove all the mods and include the ones I want, but is there a better way?

Considering you'd still have to maintain your personal pack and update it yourself, it really doesn't save you any work. It saves server owners work as they don't have to help the server members troubleshoot, but the system really isn't designed for an individual, and the FTB team are NOT going to maintain a ton of personal packs for players.

I know I would have to do everything myself, but I think it would be easier for people like me who play with different mods that may not work together, or ones that don't make sense together. Instead of having to manually switch mods when going between packs, you could have the Launcher do it for you. Also, I don't mean to imply individuals getting packs that are in any way maintained by anyone other than themselves. I was meaning something like editing the official packs to add/remove mods from them, but instead of overwriting the packs into your own pack, you would just have a separate pack.

I'd recommend getting multiMC, importing a base FTB mod pack into it, then editing it as you please.
