And I'm pretty sure bibliowoods is already in there under bibliocraft. We don't count it as a separate mod.

Slight confusion (although I seem to be adept at picking mods with 'Open' permissions.)

HQM has its permissions listed as Notify in the spreadsheet, but indicates that they might not reply to said notifications here. What sort of screenshot should be submitted?

Something like this. You only need to send them a message and Screen it. This is a valid notification I used in one of my packs.

Notify just means you need to send a message to the mod author stating that you are using their mod. Whether the mod author replies is irrevelant.

Request, however, means the author has to explicitly reply to your message and approve your request.
 
LoVoxNox is still being worked on for 1.10.2 but all versions are open to both public and private packs and when the website is back up and running it will be stated on one of the pages (what page I don't know yet) And the project creators name has changed from NoxIceCat to ProxyNeko (just a rename not a change of creator)
