I noticed that Power Converters now has a new owner yet the version listed in the FTB mod list links to an outdated version. The new version can be found at the link below posted by a user named portablejim and using the same license as the last version. I know I'm new and the link probably won't show until it gets approved but I just figured I would post this here since I'm working on a modpack that I'm planning on having this new version in and was hoping to release it on FTB.

Updated.

Need the mod ID.

So I am working on a modpack, and while doing so, I found a few mods not on the list.
Just wanted to throw them in with their respective licensing before I do anything hasty and not double check to see if they are approved LOL

Drowning Overhaul by Mark719:

Improving Minecraft by pifou92000:

Permission is on the same forum post

Stalker Creepers by AtomicStryker:

SimplyScrub by some weirdo named Cuyoya:
http://minecraft.curseforge.com/mc-mods/233126-simplyscrub-1-7-10-forge/
Permission- YES LOLOLOL

Hope everything is all good with these.
Thanks!

Need mod ID's for all of them.

Simple Flight, Apache 2.0 http://minecraft.curseforge.com/mc-mods/221501

Open Components updated. Open Printers updated. Technomancy updated.

I need mod ID's to add new mods.

Not sure if I'm acting impatient here, but it has been roughly 4 days now without even a small response or acknowledgement of 4 entire posts made to this thread. One of which belongs to myself.

Is there any idea of when the responses are looked over or responded to?
I'm creating a modpack, but want to be sure the mods being used are on this list, or if they are rejected, to be removed from said pack- and I'd rather not be waiting for several days/weeks for this to occur.

If this is out of line in any way, please let me know, as I currently see no direct violation in my asking of such matters.

Thanks!

This thread is mainly for correcting errors on the permissions site. While I'm not averse to adding new mods, this thread should not be used as a substitute to the Other Mods section on the pack submission form. We often add new mods to the site as they are encountered in packs since that provides the mod ID, which we need to add to the site and as you can tell from my above responses, is not often provided in simple requests.

Mod addition request

Mod Name: Enderman Disruptor Mod
Mod Author: Olhcim
Permissions: Open
Mod Link: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forum...-mods/wip-mods/2325008-enderman-disruptor-mod

I don't know what the modid is.

Still need the mod ID. Without a mod ID, we have no automatic way of telling what mod a jar file is.

Huh, not sure why my mod is on the list with incorrect information, the mod is Archimedes Ships + and the terms are set to open on both. The terms are actually as follows 'Private: Notify Public: Request', if someone could change that for me it would be great thanks!

You have the permission to add my MoreCraft mod. The permission is inside the guide.

Thread: http://www.minecraftforum.net/forums/mapping-and-modding/minecraft-mods/1289407-morecraft
Guide: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xxvujNZyPphIEHeqnHIYupWn2uOjiTD1bBS-7-xgPeQ/view
Permissions: See here.

Mod ID inside source code: bettercraft

I don't recommend using version 1.6.4 of the mod due to hard-coded IDs. I recommend that at least version 1.7.10 is used. (There is no 1.7.2)

Hmm, the license on your forum thread states that you only require people to ask permission if they are intending to profit from the distribution, which is explicitly disallowed in packs hosted on FTB. I've set them both to notify, do you want me to switch public to request anyway?

So what is the deal with the Starminer mod (English version is Anti-gravity-mod)

The original starminer mod was posted on a Japanese forum page: http://forum.minecraftuser.jp/viewtopic.php?t=17975

Then an unknown individual made an english dub and called it the ant-gravity-mod here: http://mod-minecraft.net/anti-gravity-mod/

I don't see any clear permissions on either page (although i am just google translating the Japanese page) This is an amazing beta mod and i would love to use it in a pubic modpack, but curse did not like it and it looks like your system will not like it either.

After a fair bit of searching, I found this statement in the disclaimer spoiler. 再配布はご遠慮いただくようお願い申し上げます which roughly translates to "Please refrain from redistributing the (something)." So unfortunately no, it would not be permitted.

You can try your luck with asking for permission through google translate and see how it goes.

Blast it this does not look good, I went checking around for Arve's activity and this is what I got
upload_2015-9-7_12-45-21.png

To be honest I spent the last few months making a modpack on this. Its disappointing to see that it cant go anywhere.

Well check it out if you want, I guess I'll wait for a response in the mean time... :(

(btw your response was way faster than curse's, keep up the good work!)

Try looking into ATLauncher, it's built for situations just like this.

I've also edited out your link, kinda violates the spirit of not distributing it.
