Permission List not loading.

A few weeks ago I was looking at the permission list to see if any of my mods for a pack I am working on are not listed. I wanted to take another look but it has not been loading for over a week now.

I get 502 bad gateway error.

I also tried removing the legacy part and just putting www.feed-the-beast/mod and .com/mod but still same error.

Our site admin has been working on it for the last few days and finally just got it back up a few minutes ago.

So, where we can find the permisiion list?
