Performance - I need some clarification!

I tested it set my vanilla minecraft generated new world and just allowed it to render. My fps on minimal settings with normal render distance is 260-280 fps.

I did the same thing with FTB I loaded all the chunks and just allowed world to render started brand new DW20 world and my fps is barely at 40fps I have no machines that could cuase a lag, haven't done anything.

Can someone explain to me why on earth while there is nothing placed in a world on the same settings I have 220fps-240fps difference between vanilla and FTB. I would understand if difference was while there was a lot of machines running. Do I have something wrong with my FTB settings or what?

It is in any other mod pack I experience this crazy drop too. My suspicion is I have 2 graphic cards one integrated and one AMD Radeon HD 7670M (2 GB DDR3 dedicated) I think FTB for some reason uses integrated because when I disable it I cannot run FTB it will simply not load.

See the error you are making here is assumeing that nothing mod related has been placed.
This may be true for thing's you've placed but you're forgeting about world gen things.
