At the moment we have the problem, that our server is lagging like hell.
Our server is at Nitrado, so its only a virtual mashine.
because its lagging first since yesterday, i would think it is a problem from them, because the server was stable in the week with our current mod configuration.
CPU is at 100% all the time, ok, but it was always like that.
ping jumps between 100 and 3000 if i look into the login screen.

so, is there any tool that shows me how many performance which mod needs?
i have seen
NLaggExamine
for bukkit plugins, but i dont think this would work for forge mods.

Have you checked for excessive number of entities or chunkloaders? If your server has the ChickenChunks mod you can use /chunkloaders to see the number of forced chunks. If this is too high, you may need to remove some chunkloaders from your map. The other common cause of lag is having too many item or mob entities in loaded chunks. The aPerf mod can give you detailed information on the entities in currently loaded chunks and gives you the option to remove them all. However it requires PermissionsEX (forge version) to run, more information at link below. Another cause of unplayable lag can be players exploring and generating chunks. There are of course many other causes of lag, but these are the only ones I've had to deal with in my short time as an admin.
