perfect companion for harvester

Heya!

Recently saw Hypno using this in his LP, and i didnt know it was even possible. Since then i tried it myself and made a really simple (but not terribly fast) multifarm (BTW, reeds grow FAST!)

Its nothing special of course, just thought it was cool (and VERY cheap for early game), and thought of posting for those who, like myself, didnt know MFR worked this well with IC2.

Its composed of:
1x MFR harvester
1x tin upgrade
1x normal solar panel
IC2 Crops with whatever you want to farm (i have wheat, carrots, potatos, melons, pumpkins, netherwart, reeds)
Pipes, barrels, etc.

Note: The wooden slabs are because IC2 crops break if you walk on them (like old tilled earth) and i kept forgetting. Also, i havent tested this but mobs might be able to trample them too.

I have my melons and pumpkins on crops but MFR Fertilizers don't make them grow fruit. Do they work on other crops on crops?

IC2 crops don't respond to the insta-grow mechanics of bonemeal. It works like actual fertaliser- giving a growth boost over time.

If you have Xeno's Reliquary enabled, change that oak plank in the middle with a Lilypad of Fertility. I'm not sure if it works with IC2 Crops, but if it does, you will have potentially one of the fastest farms you've ever seen.
