Pam's Apiary won't let me put in a queen

I have tried dragging, right clicking, everything and I cannot get it to accept the queen. What am I doing wrong??

What version of the mod? What mod pack of any? Thats what most are going to need to know. Off hand I'd say if your using a mod pack and it has forestry in it then you may be using the wrong kind of queen. Both mods have bees and they are not compatible with eachothers apiarys
