I found a village and there was a house with two lecterns an tons of bookshelves. On the lectern there was a page that said standard basic lighting. What are these pages and lecterns for and what mod are they from?

They are from Mystcraft and it's the new way to make ages (the old going to different ages to get the symbols doesn't work anymore and it was a temporary mechanic).

The system of making ages has changed & now is nothing like the old system, now its a challenge to find the required pages to make a stable age, but hey I like challenges, I just found the one thats can make most ages stable , grabs ink & blank page mumbles & scribbles furiously.
