Details of the issue:

When ever I try launch a pack I crash with the same crash report. I could run packs fine before I reset my pc to factory settings. Thanks for reading​

The crash is caused by OpenGL. Check your video drivers and see if there is a newer version that fixed OpenGL.

i don't know if any one would know this but do you know were i can find the latest drivers for my pc (dxdiag link http://pastebin.com/uWLU4u7h) i have tried looking all over Intels site but i cant find any compatible with my pc. Thanks in advance if you know were i can find some.

It has an intel video card in it. So try intel's website. Also do some research about intel video cards windows 10 and OpenGL. While I don't have this issue, I know some else that did after upgrading to windows 10. Basically MS installed their latest intel driver and that driver doesn't include support for OpenGL. He had to somehow trick windows 10 into installing an unsigned driver so that he could get the OpenGL support he needed for Minecraft.
