Pack that can be run with a 4GB RAM laptop?

Any recommendations? I tried to run the Sprout pack but it doesn't run well, it takes 30 minutes+ just to load it.

Yes, go 1.7.10... 1.10 packs seem to do better with 4 to 6GB just for Minecraft, not including the 1GB+ (depending on OS) and any system ram stolen for video use (usually 512MB these days)
