Other People Cannot Open My Doors

I set up the latest FTB server and everything works well for me, but other people cannot open any of my doors or harvest from any of my food plants. Is there a way I can turn this restriction off?

Some clarifications:

• I am running FTB Unleashed.
• Other people on the server can open my doors.
• Other people cannot open my fence gates or harvest my wheat.
  
• Other people cannot build blocks close to my fences.

I assume this is caused by some mod, but I don't know which one.
All I really want is to turn off these restrictions since I trust the people on my server.
