Request Ore Processing System

Hi everyone,

I have a problem in my ore processing system. I want to use de RF Ressonat Machines (Pulverizer and Induction Furnace) to processing the ores from my ender quarry. So, the system will work like this:

The pulverizer will input redstone ore and output redstone dust and cinnabar. Then, the cinnabar will go to my induction furnaces as an input plus my ores (iron, gold, tin, etc...), outputting the ingots (main and secondary outputs).

My problem is that I would want to insert in my induction furnaces only 10 cinnabar plus 10 ore blocks (e.g. 10 iron ore), but I cannot figure it out how to make that. In the old AE system mod, we had a item called Precision Export Bus that allow us to put only an certain amount of items in a machine. In the new version of AE2 this item no longer exist.

So, does anyone have an idea on how to solve this problem?

By the way, I'm currently using DireWolf20 1.7 modpack.

Set it as a crafting recipe, then tell it to 'craft' it in the induction smelter.

I made that and I also put a level emitter to continuo autocrafting the iron with the cinnabar for me. But when I put the level emitter, the process don't start. I dont know why because everything is connect. What am I doing wrong?

I took some screenshots for you to see how I install the system.

Here is my induction furnace where I input the cinnabar and the iron ore. Above the induction furnace I've the interface with the pattern to autocraft iron ingots:





Then I've my level emitter pointing to the induction furnace and put high signal in the redstone control menu in the induction furnace:





I put 10 iron as a limit because I don't have any iron ingots in my AE system as you can see in next image:



I don't know what is happening because this should work just fine. Of course later I will put a higher limit in the level emitter put that is not the problem.

Can you see what is wrong?

Have you got anything actually 'crafting' the iron (you setting a crafting job off, an export bus with a crafting card etc?)

I put a pattern ( 1 cinnabar + 1 iron ore = 1 iron ingot) in the ME Interface but I didn't put any export bus. But is it necessary? I made a experience where I put the ME Interface above the induction furnace with the pattern and a Import Bus and when I request some iron (manually) it actually craft. But with the level emitter didn't craft. Why?

With the level emitter no. But without the level emitter and requesting manually in AE system it's fine. I don't know why? These should work with the level emitter.

Ok, so we know the basic process works- thats good.
Just need to reconfigure that level emitter; you've got the smelter to run on a redstone signal, and the emitter to send the signal when there's 10+ iron ingots in your ME system, correct?
Try setting the level emitter to control the ME Interface, and have it switch on when you have 10+ iron ore in your system. You'll then want to configure your network to always craft as many iron ingots as possible.

I don't really do much ore processing with AE tbh, I use item conduits to sort my quarried products through the processing system before they hit my ME drives.

I made what you said and still doesn't work, though. I took some printscreens. But in this time I can request manually from my AE system the iron ingot, something that I could do with the level emitter last time. But still doesm't work automatically

Try setting the emitter to detect iron ore, not the ingot.

Yes! I found a way to do this. Translocators XD

Here are some screenshots of the system:

I put a ME Interface set to keep always x1 cinnabar and x1 iron ore. Then a translocator then push those item into the induction furnace with a filter (diamond nugget on the translocator with x1 cinnabar and x1 iron ore.

It's not compact as I wanted but works just fine.

There might be an easier way- if you have enough cinnabar, have AE keep a stack in the induction smelter, and just export your iron ore into it 10 at a time.
