I really think you guys should add the OptiFine mod to MindCrack, I've been experiencing major freezing and stuttering, also some low FPS drops. And I'm pretty sure some people have lag problems out there too with MindCrack and other modpacks.
Then install it yourself, OptiFine does not give permission to modpacks, FTB is a modpack allll about permissions, therefore this will likely not happen in the near future.
